Sales Coach
Score every call. Improve every week.
Every call is scored out of 100, criterion by criterion on the scorecard for the role, graded A+ to F, with the prospect's own words as evidence and the exact phrases to use next time.
Three scorecards, because roles differ
SDRs and AEs are doing different jobs. The scoring knows.
Most tools apply one generic rubric to every call. ORRJO.ai ships three scorecards, with different criteria, different weights and different talk ratio targets, because scoring an SDR like an AE is the fastest way to make a rep ignore the score.
SDR / BDRORRJO Framework
Built for prospecting and cold call drives: qualification, discovery and engagement weighted for booking the meeting. SDRs get credit for talking 35 to 50 percent of the call.
AEORRJO Framework
Deep discovery, deal qualification and stakeholder engagement, with talk ratio marked down above 50 percent.
AEMEDDICC
Across the 7 MEDDICC pillars your closers already run.
All three scorecards are on every plan, including Coach.
What a scored call looks like
Not a number. A coaching session.
Every criterion scored with a quote from the call as evidence. Then the parts reps actually use:
Missed Opportunities
The line the prospect said, what the rep walked past, the question to ask next time, and a way to recover the moment in the follow up.
Try Saying This Instead
Two columns: what they said and what to say next time.
Quick Wins for Your Next Call
Three numbered fixes, each with an exact phrase.
Your Next Move
The next action for this prospect, with a ready to send draft.
Call Timeline
The phases of the call with the moments that raised or lowered the score.
Ask the coach
When the rep wants to push back or dig in.
The scoring runs at a fixed setting so the same quality of conversation gets the same score, and a typical call comes back in a minute or two.
Engineered to be fair
Scores reps actually trust.
Cold calls are scored like cold calls.
On a cold drive, honest framing (“I know you weren’t expecting this”) earns full opener marks, and missing personalisation is not a fault. Nobody researches 50 dials.
It never marks you down for what you already knew.
Paste what you had from the CRM before dialling and the engine treats it as established, rather than demanding you asked for it on the call.
It says “I don’t know” instead of guessing.
If speakers cannot be separated, talk ratio comes back blank with an explanation, not a made up number. Calls under 3 minutes are refused, with the reason stated.
One bonus, on purpose.
Booking the meeting live on the call is the only bonus point in the system, worth 5 on top of 100. “I’ll send some times over” scores zero. That is a sales philosophy, and it is ours.
Delivery, when you upload audio
How it sounded, measured honestly.
Upload the audio and you also get Delivery: speaking pace in words per minute, filler words, long pauses and pace consistency, measured from the timing of the words. Delivery is scored separately out of 20 and never changes the call score. There is no voice or emotion analysis anywhere in ORRJO.ai.
After 5 calls, it starts to remember
Your Patterns.
From Pro, once a rep has 5 scored calls: what keeps happening, what they have already fixed (the coach is told to stop repeating that), what is trending up, and the single thing to work on next. Pick a focus area and the coaching goes twice as deep on it.
Going live in the coming weeks
