Security and data

Your calls. Your data. Handled like it matters.

ORRJO.ai processes your team's sales calls, so you deserve straight answers about where they go, who touches them, and what never happens to them. Here they are.

The short version

Your recordings, transcripts and scores belong to your organisation, not to us. We never use your call content to train AI models. Delete a call and it is gone: recording, transcript, score, chat and share links. Recording consent stays your responsibility, and the privacy policy sets out exactly where the lines sit. Everything below is the detail, and the privacy policy is the governing document.

Who processes what

Named services, named purposes.

Transcription runs through Deepgram. Scoring, coaching and the practice prospect run through Anthropic’s Claude, called at a fixed setting so the same conversation quality gets the same score. Hosting, database, authentication, payments, email and rate limiting run through Vercel, Neon, Clerk, Stripe, Resend and Upstash. The privacy policy lists every subprocessor with its purpose and region, and we give notice before adding new ones. Transcripts are redacted before scoring. Email addresses, phone numbers, card-length digit strings, UK postcodes and street addresses are replaced with placeholders such as [EMAIL] and [PHONE]. Any prospect name entered on the call record is replaced with [PROSPECT]. The rep’s own name is kept so the coaching can address them by name.

Training

We never train AI on your calls.

We do not use your call content to train models, full stop. The AI providers we send content to process it to return your result, under the training opt outs and agreements detailed in the privacy policy.

Deletion and retention

Delete means delete.

Delete any call in the product and the recording, transcript, score, chat and share links go with it, immediately. Leaving entirely needs no request and no waiting: an admin can export the whole workspace and erase it, permanently, from Settings. Uploads that never produced a scored call clear after 7 days. New share links expire after 30 days and can be revoked at any time.

Encryption and access

Locked down by default.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key held separately from the database, and API keys are stored only as hashes. Recordings are held in private storage and are never fetchable by a URL: playback runs through an authenticated route that checks your sign-in on every request, and responses are marked private and never cached. If a breach ever affects you, we notify without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware.

Fair to the people being scored

What the AI judges, and what it never touches.

ORRJO.ai scores behaviour on the call: the questions asked, the moments handled, the next steps locked. It never infers emotion, mood, confidence or personality, from the words or from the voice. The scoring instructions forbid it in as many words, and the reason is that inferring emotional state at work is exactly the practice regulators have moved against. When a recording is uploaded, the product measures speech behaviour, meaning pace, filler words and pauses. It measures what a person did. It does not guess how they felt. Every score cites the prospect’s own words, linked to the line it came from, so nothing is a black box. Reps can question any score through Ask the coach on the call itself, and any call can be rescored. Practice sessions never touch a rep’s stats. And scores are coaching signals: our terms are explicit that AI output is advisory and should never be the sole basis for decisions about a person’s employment.

Recording consent

Your responsibility, our help.

Laws on recording sales calls differ by country and, in the US, by state. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record and to share recordings with us; using ORRJO.ai does not make an unlawful recording lawful. The privacy policy sets out the full position, and our UK and US recording guides arrive after legal review.

FAQ

Does ORRJO.ai use my sales calls to train AI?
No. We never use your call content to train AI models. Providers process content to return your result, under the opt outs and agreements listed in the privacy policy.
Is ORRJO.ai GDPR compliant?
We do the specific things that matter: your organisation stays controller of its call data with ORRJO.ai as processor, deletion genuinely deletes, and the privacy policy sets out lawful bases in full.
Where is my data stored?
Application hosting, database and storage run on the services named in the privacy policy, operating in the United States and the EU depending on the service. The subprocessor table lists each one with its region.
