Data Processing Agreement

The DPA formalises how ORRJO.ai processes your organisation’s call data: your organisation as controller, ORRJO.ai as processor, with the subprocessor list, transfer mechanisms and deletion terms set out in full.

The document is in final legal review. Until it publishes here, email privacy@orrjo.com and we will send the current draft for your review, and sign it with you before any of your call data is processed.

The commitments it formalises are already public: the named subprocessors and their regions live in the privacy policy, and the plain English version, from deletion semantics to the no training commitment, lives on the security page.
