What it is
See the platform →What is ORRJO.ai?
ORRJO.ai is sales call coaching software. It scores every call your team makes, criterion by criterion, tells each rep the exact phrases to use next time, and shows managers where deals stand. Calls arrive automatically from Aircall, JustCall or Kixie, or by upload, paste or API.
What is ORRJO.ai not?
It's not live coaching during a call, not a meeting recorder that joins video calls, and not a CRM. It doesn't analyse voice, tone or emotion, and it doesn't forecast revenue. It scores what was said and coaches what to say next time.
Who is ORRJO.ai for?
B2B sales teams that make outbound calls: SDRs and BDRs on prospecting drives, AEs running discovery and closes, and their managers. It was built inside ORRJO, a UK go to market agency, for its own sales floor, and ORRJO's own reps use it every day.
Scoring
How the Sales Coach scores →How does AI call scoring work in ORRJO.ai?
When a call ends, ORRJO.ai transcribes the recording, identifies who was selling, and scores the conversation against the scorecard for the role: 17 criteria for SDRs, 16 for AEs, 14 on MEDDICC, across categories from Opening to Next Steps. Every score cites the prospect's own words as evidence, and feedback links to the exact moment in the call.
How long does scoring take?
A minute or two, from the call ending to the full coaching page. Longer transcripts take longer than short ones. Calls under 3 minutes are skipped automatically so no answers never use your allowance.
Which scorecards are available?
Three, on every tier: an SDR scorecard built for prospecting and cold call drives, an AE scorecard on ORRJO's own framework, and an AE scorecard on MEDDICC. Each has its own criteria, weights and talk ratio targets, because scoring an SDR like an AE helps nobody.
Are cold calls scored fairly?
Yes, deliberately. On a cold call drive the scoring does not expect personalisation or research a cold call could never include, and honest framing earns full opener marks. Tell it what you already knew from your CRM and it treats that as established rather than marking you down.
Does ORRJO.ai analyse tone of voice?
No. There is no voice or emotion analysis anywhere in the product. When you upload audio you get Delivery: speaking pace, filler words, pauses and pace consistency, measured from word timings, scored separately out of 20, and never counted in the call score.
Pricing and plans
Every price, on the page →How much does ORRJO.ai cost?
Coach is £49 or $69 per seat per month, Team is £75 or $99, and Engine is £109 or $149, with annual billing saving 10% on each. Every plan includes a pooled credit allowance: 25, 50 and 200 credits per seat respectively, where one credit is one scored call. All three scorecards are on every plan; dialler auto ingest starts on Team. Full details are on the pricing page.
What counts as a scored call?
Any call the coach scores: automatic from your dialer, uploaded audio, or a pasted transcript. Practice sessions count too, because they run through the same engine. Dialer calls under 3 minutes never count.
Can we try ORRJO.ai first?
Yes. Book a call and we score one of your recordings live, then set your team up with a 7 day trial: 10 scored calls, up to 3 users, every feature on.
Data and consent
The security page →Does ORRJO.ai train AI models on our calls?
No. We never use your call content to train AI models. The providers that process your content do so to return your result, under the opt outs and agreements listed in the privacy policy, and model output is never even logged on our side.
Who can see a rep's calls and scores?
Coaching data is visible inside your workspace by design: the library, leaderboards and client folders depend on it. Managers see the same coaching reps see. Scores are coaching signals, and our terms are explicit that AI output should never be the sole basis for employment decisions.
Do we need consent to record calls?
Recording laws differ by country and, in the US, by state, and consent is your responsibility as the recorder. ORRJO.ai cannot make an unlawful recording lawful. The privacy policy sets out the position, and our UK and US recording guides follow after legal review.
