Credits, explained

One credit is one scored call.

Plenty of tools advertise unlimited. Look closely and unlimited usually means unlimited transcription, with the meter hiding in storage, credits or processing hours. We meter the thing that actually costs something: a full scoring pass, with evidence, coaching and the exact words for next time. That is one credit.

Credits are pooled across your team, not split per person. If one rep has a heavy week and another is on holiday, that works itself out. Practice is free and never uses a credit, because practising is the habit we want people to build. And you are only charged once a score exists: a call that fails to score is never billed.

If the pool runs out, scoring pauses and new calls queue until there are credits for them. Nothing is lost, and nothing is silently billed. You can buy a top-up or upgrade whenever you like.

You can’t get a bill you didn’t ask for.

Your spending ceiling starts at zero. That means you can only ever be charged more than your subscription if an admin turns it on, and once it’s on, the limit is checked at the moment of spend rather than reported to you at the end of the month.

The usage forecast tells you where this period lands at the current rate, and the date your included credits run out. And if you have bought extra credits two periods running, it points you at the plan that would have covered it, rather than selling you more.

Pricing FAQ

What is a credit?
One credit is one scored call, whether it arrives automatically from your dialler, is uploaded as audio, or pasted as a transcript. A full scorecard costs one credit. Practice is free and never uses credits, and you are only charged once a score exists.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Scoring pauses and new calls are queued, then score themselves as soon as there are credits for them, from a top-up, a plan change or the next billing period. Nothing is lost, and nothing is billed beyond your spending ceiling, which starts at zero until an admin raises it.
Which diallers work with ORRJO.ai?
Aircall, JustCall and Kixie connect by pasting an API key, and completed calls over 3 minutes then score automatically, on Team and above. Any other dialler or CRM can push calls in through the public API, which is included on every plan.
Is there a minimum contract or seat count?
No. Monthly billing is available on every plan and annual saves 10%. You can add or remove people whenever you like, and your bill follows your seat count.
How fast does a call come back scored?
A minute or two, from the call ending to the full coaching page. Longer transcripts take longer than short ones.
What happens to our recordings?
They stay yours, and they are only ever processed on your instructions, for one purpose: coaching your team. Prospect names, numbers and emails are redacted before any AI model sees a transcript. Delete a call and everything goes with it: recording, transcript, score, chat and share links. We never use your call content to train AI models. The details live on our security page.
